I am a non-profit director, strategist, and governance specialist with a background in law.  I am an admitted, practising advocate. My training enables me to navigate and simplify complex systems, bringing clarity to governance, compliance, and organisational change. My core strength is drafting — from policies and contracts to board frameworks and organisational narratives — turning complexity into structures that support accountability and trust.

I have authored governance handbooks, supported boards on compliance and child protection, and guided organisations through transitions where clarity and integrity were essential.
